Returns and refunds

Our shirts are made to order, one at a time, so we can't take them back for a change of heart, a wrong size or a color you don't like. Check the size chart before you order. When in doubt, go up a size.

Misprints, damage and wrong items. If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Send a photo of the problem and your order number through the contact page within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund it, your choice. You don't need to ship it back.

Cancellations. Orders go to print fast. If you need to cancel, contact us right away with your order number. Once a shirt is in production it can't be cancelled.

Refund timing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
